Sage Growth Campaign Earns Prestigious 2015 Telly Award

Marketing Practice recognized for its “Hodes Means Hope” campaign

Baltimore, MD – April 21, 2015 · Sage Growth Partners (SGP), a Baltimore-based healthcare consulting, technology, and marketing firm today announced it has been awarded the 2015 Bronze Telly Award for a campaign it developed for University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center and its Liver and Pancreas Center.

The campaign presents seven powerful survivor stories, produced as thirty-second television advertisements and longer version documentary-style web features. Each concludes with the patient saying “Hodes Means Hope,” as the words are animated on the final screen. The 2015 Telly Awards attracted more than 12,000 entries from all 50 states and many foreign countries. Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional and cable TV commercials and programs, the finest video and films productions, and online commercials, video, and film. “The Telly Awards has a mission to honor the very best in film and video,” said Linda Day, Executive Director of the Telly Awards. “Sage Growth’s accomplishment illustrates their creativity, skill, and dedication to their craft and serves as a testament to great film and video production.” The SGP award was earned in the category, “Commercials: Local TV & Cable – Promotional/Branding.”
