Chase Brexton enlists the help of Sage Growth Partners amidst changes to the healthcare landscape and a desire to optimize the delivery of healthcare services in the communities it serves
Baltimore, MD – March 30, 2015 · Sage Growth Partners (SGP), a Baltimore-based healthcare consulting, technology, and marketing firm today announced it has entered into a multi-phased consulting engagement with Chase Brexton Health Services, a Baltimore-based, Joint-Commission accredited Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The goal of the partnership is to develop strategies and operational steps that will grow Chase Brexton in a way to better serve the communities in which it has been a part of for nearly forty years.
As a result of healthcare reform measures, FQHCs are becoming a model that foreshadows the future of healthcare, particularly the delivery of integrated, preventative, primary care services. Chase Brexton wants to lead the way with strong community partners to provide services to Marylanders seeking these healthcare services.
Pat Ball, General Manager, Consulting for Sage Growth Partners says, “It is a privilege to work with Chase Brexton to position them for a bright future. Helping this well-respected, long-standing FQHC to strategically plan for long term success as a strong partner in the community will be critical in order to remain a viable, independent provider of healthcare to the most vulnerable in the Baltimore region. We look forward to working with the leadership team and Board of Directors to navigate the ever changing healthcare landscape.”
Richard Larison, CEO of Chase Brexton Health Care explains, “We are brimming with opportunity and seek the help of Sage Growth Partners to help us figure out the most innovative ways to move forward while maintaining the mission of Chase Brexton.” Mr. Larison continues, “We’re in five different counties in Maryland – a large geographic area – which means we have multiple hospital and healthcare partners that we must collaborate with to be a successful provider of primary, preventative care services. Healthcare reform has created a lot of opportunities for FQHCs and I want to ensure Chase Brexton is a strong community partner who has figured out how to play well together to optimize success in this brave new world.”
