Amy’s journey in healthcare is deeply personal. Growing up with a mother who was a nurse, Amy was inspired to make a difference in the field from a young age. Though she initially pursued nursing, she soon realized that her passion lay in healthcare strategy, where she could have a broader impact on addressing healthcare disparities.

With extensive experience in public health and healthcare consulting, Amy has worked on a wide range of projects, from working closely with FQHCs to conducting research for organizations like Pinnacle Treatment Centers. Her work spans clinical settings, health plans, and community health organizations allowing her to play a pivotal role in understanding patient journeys, making tangible improvements in healthcare delivery.

Amy is also an entrepreneur, co-owning Wandering Leaf Brewery in Minnesota, where she and her husband have created a space filled with over 400 live plants and a dog-friendly atmosphere.
