Served as the voice of strategic product innovation, serving large health plan and provider customers by listening to and understanding the unmet needs and challenges of customers and translating them into high-level solution requirements.

Ensured rigorous product management execution to create highly innovative product roadmaps that drive sustainable growth, incorporating a focus on customer and market segmentation, market and competitive landscape, product positioning and packaging, agile product development, business case, and ROI modeling.

Led a panel of industry experts in a discussion at the Thomas Jefferson Pop Health Colloquium on how the roles of key incumbent actors, including physicians, hospitals, and health plans, will be impacted and challenged by industrializing events, such as process standardization, information integration, supply chain rationalization, consumer sovereignty and price/cost transparency.
