Jeanne Ross began her career as a clinician in a rehab program for adults with traumatic brain injuries, where she helped develop software applications and protocols for use in clinical settings. Motivated to deepen her expertise, she earned a master's degree in information technology. She began a long tenure at IDX/GE, starting in a technical capacity and gradually transitioning into various leadership positions. In these roles, Jeanne collaborated with client executives to grasp their strategic priorities and challenges, thereby guiding product roadmap decisions, investments, and deployment timelines for new products. These experiences align well with her current role as a senior engagement manager on the Research and Strategy team. Jeanne and her husband live in Connecticut and have two adult children who recently graduated from college.
