Before joining Sage, Lara founded Artfully Curated: A Fine Arts PR Agency, where she combined her love of the arts with her PR expertise to serve art galleries, museums, and fine arts institutions. Through this venture, she developed her talent for crafting impactful stories, building relationships within niche markets, and creating awareness for her clients. Her background in art history allowed her to uniquely position these institutions, connecting them with wider audiences through innovative PR strategies.
Earlier in her career, Lara worked as an Account Executive at Davis Elen Advertising, leading marketing campaigns for Best Buy Health. There, she managed projects across various media channels, including print, digital, and television. This experience gave her valuable insights into the healthcare industry and further solidified her passion for strategic communication in healthcare. Lara's background in art history and advertising from the University of Southern California gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of creativity and marketing. While completing her MBA at Johns Hopkins University, Lara also interned as a Marketing Consultant at Sage, where she deepened her expertise in healthcare marketing.
