Tom has traveled to 49 U.S. states (only New Mexico remains), lived on both the East and West Coasts, and in between in Denver twice.
Tom has been making sourdough bread at home for decades – not just since before the pandemic but before the proliferation of instructional videos on YouTube – meaning he learned the old-fashioned, and far more difficult, way: books.
