As a knitter and crocheter, Clara McLouth gets satisfaction from making things that are greater than the sum of their disparate parts. That’s just one of the reasons why she likes working across the healthcare ecosystem, helping to connect the dots between different players. The senior director of brand strategy started working for Sage during the pandemic, and was especially drawn to making a big difference at a smaller firm while supporting the National Minority Health Association account. After earning her undergraduate degree in psychology and communication, Clara served as a member of the Board of Directors for the State of Michigan Diversity Council. Her later studies earned her a master’s in business, with double concentrations in marketing and management.
Clara was born and raised in Michigan, where she still lives with her husband and daughter.
