Lori Beerman is a Senior Writer for Sage, a former client in a career focused on healthcare business writing, market analysis, and public speaking, the latter at national conferences and events.

As a freelancer, she created an executive course on healthtech innovation for MIT; co-authored a paper on sensitivity, burnout and VR; and covered the payer beat for HealthLeaders. Her corporate experience spans the ad agency, Medicaid oversight, life sciences, and health plan worlds (Cigna).

Lori loves variety and has a passion for both creativity and analysis — for following paths and turning over every rock. It’s a great fit for her other love: exploring the greenways and parks of Nashville. When she’s not doing that, she’s on the lookout for her next 5k with her partner John; teaching/facilitating writing for The Porch; or watching bad 80s horror flicks.
